About 2/2: … Parivar Seva works for the low income groups, mainly living in urban slums, peri urban and rural areas, who are unable to afford commercial services and products, but are also reluctant to avail free of cost services from the public sector.  

All interventions are designed, planned and implemented, using a decentralized approach by a team of qualified, trained, highly skilled and motivated local teams, based at unit/ project offices, who have in- depth knowledge of the territories, including local culture, customs and language, so that RH, a sensitive subject is addressed with sensitivity and effectively. These teams spread over different parts of the country are supported by a multi- disciplinary, highly qualified experienced competent core management team, based in the Head Office of the Sanstha in New Delhi and comprise of professionals from project planning, operations, sales and marketing, community work, finance, human resource development, communication, education, training, franchising, research, MIS, legal, administration, monitoring and evaluation.

Regional Offices of the Sanstha are located in Jaipur, Delhi, Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Lucknow and Bhopal, with requisite infrastructure and manpower, provide proper liaison, timely inputs and supervision to the local teams. There are currently 524 team members in the organization.
